At 6th Street Bridge Mobility, we understand your mobility device is your independence. We know how stressful it can be to have your equipment not functioning properly which is why we make it a priority to respond promptly and provide you with quality service in every situation.

Our repair team will first troubleshoot service issues over the phone. If further service is needed, we will deliver a loaner wheelchair for patients to use while our service technicians assess and repair their wheelchairs.

* During this time, 6th Street Bridge Mobility works directly with the patient’s insurance provider to ensure that the repair is covered by insurance. 

In the case your equipment requires the ordering of parts, 6th Street Bridge Mobility can offer a loaner wheelchair while the chair is in our warehouse being repaired. 

Currently, we have over 80 power wheelchairs, scooters, and manual chairs which allows us to provide the patients with a similar chair while we repair their existing chair at our warehouse wheelchairs that fall under our loaner program.  

Most services are covered by insurance. For services and repairs not covered by insurance, we can accept check, credit card or cash payments.

*This will vary on a case by case basis due to insurance provider, parts availability, and loaner availability, etc.
